Museum of Northwestern Colorado

Museum interior, view from balcony with mural by local artist Frances Williams Reust in the center. This painting (pictured below) is the largest stretched canvas oil painting on the western slope of Colorado. It measures approximately 11 x 16 feet.

Depicts Craig about 8:30 one September morning in 1895. It is looking north on Yampa Avenue from the middle of the block just south of the intersection of Yampa Avenue and Victory Way.
